Toughened glass windshield

Toughened cabin  glass windshield  is heating the float glass to the transforming temperature, then do fast cooling to get compression stress on the glass surface. During the cooling process, the surface of toughened glass is solidified, due to fast cooling, and the internal part of the glass is cooled slowly. The internal park is cooled continuously and shrinks, then the glass surface generates pressure, the internal park generates tensile pressure. Therefore the strength and heat resistance stability of the glass are improved.
